Visit the Greenstone Inn site. Greenstone-Inn is the latest addition to the Viking's family of Oceanfront lodgings in historic Nye Beach, Newport, Oregon. Open May 21, 2010, the Greenstone-Inn replaced the old Viking's Cottages, tiny beach cabins from the Prohibition era. The new struture has 20-units, each with unobstructed ocean view, private balcony and fireplace. The Inn is fully sustainable and Earth friendly. Solar powered, Greenstone-Inn feeds the local grid.
