The Greenstone Inn is the first resort on Oregon's coast designed to be Earth friendly and sustainable. Now open in historic Nye Beach on the site of the old Viking's Cottages.
Demolition begins with removal of floor covering, water heaters etc. Every recyclable* item will be delivered to the appropriate recycling center.
*Some items (e.g., old carpeting ) cannot be recycled and will go to a landfill. Such items must be removed separately so that wood and other recyclable materials can be duly processed. Asbestos removal: See early posts.
